Housing Market Models and the Regional Housing System

Within the housing market modelling literature, analysis at the regional level is a relatively undeveloped area. This paper reviews the key elements of the main classes of housing models and shows how a regional level of analysis can provide a link between the urban and macro forms of analysis.
